My leadership philosophy combines the analytical precision of an engineer, the strategic vision of a business executive, and the discipline of a military officer. Over the years, I’ve developed a methodology for strategic planning and problem-solving that not only addresses challenges in real time but also builds systems to prevent them in the future.My leadership journey began early — first as an Eagle Scout, then as a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, and later as an Army officer with the 82nd Airborne Division during the Gulf War. Those formative experiences shaped my commitment to excellence and teamwork under pressure.I hold an Executive Master’s in Technology Management from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering and Wharton School of Business, along with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP certifications. Most recently, I earned a Post-Graduate Certificate in Data Science and Business Analytics from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business, expanding my toolkit to include data-driven decision-making and predictive analytics.My mission remains constant: to lead with integrity, drive innovation, and empower others to achieve more than they thought possible.
