Over the past two decades, I’ve led procurement strategy at the NBA, directed supply chain operations at NYU Langone Medical Center, and most recently guided Credit One Bank in reshaping its procurement model.At Credit One, I played a pivotal role in moving a small, decentralized procurement function into a hybrid model — setting the stage for a more centralized and strategic approach.
