Cardinal Senior Management (CSM) is a regional operator of assisted living and personal care communities on the east coast. Chuck Gray and I started the company in 2015 to effectively manage buildings that struggled with occupancy and provide them with a plan of action to achieve a waiting list. We have successfully increased revenue and occupancy at all 7 locations on the east coast and are proud of the Cardinal culture in each of these unique locations. Our culture is centered around the care, compassion, dignity, and safety we offer our residents. I am an entrepreneur at heart with 15 years of professional experience, including 8+ years in management. Cardinal offers opportunity for investment with measured return, property management for effective stewardship of family owned residential facilities, and potential business franchise ownership with a pathway towards success and reward.
