I\'ve spent 15 years at the intersection of music, culture, and commerce; managing artists, developing talent, and building the kind of relationships that move things forward. We built PEPIN.WORKS as a boutique management and A&R consultancy with a simple premise: great music doesn\'t move on its own. It needs strategy, vision, and the right team behind it. Our roster spans genres and disciplines; from Grammy-winning producers to globally touring artists; and our work spans every stage of an artist\'s career. On the management side, I oversee all aspects of our clients\' careers: touring, branding, recorded music, deal making, new ventures, music publishing, and long-term strategy. We\'ve taken artists who had never toured before to seven figure businesses which has also included past residencies in Las Vegas, Miami, and Ibiza. As an A&R executive and partner at Primary Wave; whose catalog includes icons like Prince, Whitney Houston, James Brown, Luther Vandross, and The Strokes (and many more); I identify opportunities within one of the most iconic song libraries in existence, connecting legacy music with today\'s artists in ways that have collectively generated over a billion streams. I also produce writing camps that bring together world-class songwriters, producers, and artists to create original music for specific projects and campaigns. My producer and songwriter clients have credits on records by The Weeknd, Metro Boomin, Kanye West, Sia, Cardi B, Bryson Tiller, Travis Scott, Gesaffelstein, Disclosure and RAYE, among many others. Collectively, our clients carry dozens of Grammy nominations across some of the most significant records of the past decade and billions of streams. In 2026, I served as A&R consultant on ARKAI\'s Brightside; which won the Grammy for Best Contemporary Instrumental Album; bringing together the right collaborators, including two of our clients, to help realize the project.
