Lead the introduction and implementation of Agile within client teams to accelerate, strengthen, and make sustainable their organizational and cultural transformation *Develop & deliver Agile training, integrated with real-time coaching, and including follow-on hyper-care*Project Management support; Assist project leadership to keep project on track, on time, on budget*Develop & deploy Organizational Change Management (OCM) tools to help increase the capabilities and comfort-level of client teams as they implement new systems or processes.
