With a robust foundation in human-computer interaction, I am an expert in mixed methods user research. Currently I am part of the UX team at Dunelm. My tenure as an academic in HCI at Northumbria University, coupled with my research at UCL, has honed my expertise in a breadth of research methodologies and tech ethics, which I now apply to address user needs effectively. As a User researcher I leverage this knowledge to craft interfaces that resonate with users and adhere to the highest standards of data security and governance.
