   Donor Experience Partners (DXP) was established in 2021 in response to the critical questions frequently asked by fundraising professionals:Why do some of our donors stay while others leave?Why do we invest so much money and staff time in donor acquisition?How can we reduce donor attrition?To help overcome these challenges, Joe Naylor, CFRE, a seasoned fundraising and donor development professional, and Yosuke Chikamoto, PhD, CPXP, a well-versed communication and experience design/analytics professional, joined together to develop an innovative fundraising approach: a strategic emphasis on Donor Experience.DXP partners with nonprofit organizations and conducts Donor Experience Assessments using its proprietary Donor Experience Survey administered directly to their donors. Based on the findings, DXP provides personalized, data-driven recommendations. In addition, DXP can provide consultation/coaching and training/workshops.
