About Joe Moroni

I am driven to find creative solutions to problems, and my varied background gives me the opportunity to draw from a variety of disciplines and experiences to do just that. As an MBA with a military background I am able to draw from my experiences to ask critical questions and better understand the leadership and operational challenges being studied. As a nuclear-trained Naval Officer with a liberal arts background I approached the engineering issues at hand from a unique perspective and was also able to communicate the solutions needed to all members of my team, regardless of their level of engineering knowledge. I approach every problem with the view that a solution is available and generally reject the status quo when looking for those solutions.

Within these focus areas, I lead multidisciplinary project teams of experts within strategy, operations, finance, and other specific focus areas such as managed care contract negotiations, revenue cycle, and pharmacy operations.
