Joe has had many different career paths that include – Federal Government sales; travel industry; business brokerage; family car business; healthcare recruiting; audio marketing and HR outsourcing. During most of his career he has been involved in leadership roles in community and industry organizations. In 2003 he was named Prince William Chamber’s Member of the Year and in 2006 became their Chairman of the Board. In 2007 he became the Co-Chairman of the inaugural Board of Regents for Leadership Prince William. Also in 2007 he received Manassas City’s “Loy E. Harris Award” which is given annually by the Mayor to the small business person of the year. Also that same year he was elected as Chairman of the Board of the International ON Hold Messaging Association. In 2008 Joe was elected President of the Bull Run Kiwanis Club and in 2009 was appointed to The American Small Business Coalition’s Executive Committee and later that year received The ASBC’s Flag Bearer Award as member of the year. In January of 2011, Joe was hired as the President and CEO of the Fauquier Chamber of Commerce. In 2016 Joe was selected as the Tapscott Good Scout Award by the Piedmont Region Boy Scouts of America.
