More than 10 years of experience in helping improving Computer Science skill level in Mexico and Latin America through Software Algorithm competitions. Co-founder and Executive Director of omegaUp, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization with the mission of increasing the number of talented Software Engineers in Latin America. Our free & open-source platform omegaUp.com helps students in Latin America to improve their algorithmic problem solving skills and more than 60 schools implemented our platform in their classrooms.Represented Mexico around various international Programming Contests around 2005 and then became National Deputy Leader at the International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI) from 2009 to 2015. Lead the best Computer Science talent in Mexico to craft and maintain a training process that helped the country to win 1 Gold, 2 Silver and 6 Bronze IOI medals in total.7 years of experience working as Software Engineer at Microsoft SQL Server, 5 of those being part of SQL Azure DB team.
