Over 13 years of marketing, digital and media led recruitment experience has shaped a holistic understanding of how purposeful teams are developed through effective hiring strategies, within small businesses and global enterprises alike. The majority of my career has been focused on helping integrated marketing, design and PR agencies attract and secure talent in the competitive London & Home Counties marketplace.After a very successful working relationship with Boldspace on the agency side, I have joined as Head of Talent. We have demonstrated exponential growth since we opened our doors in the midst of the Covid pandemic which shows no signs of slowing down. I will oversee the attraction of new talent to the agency who underpin our values and share our excitement in our growth mission.
