Included as a critical member of major project teams, and also sat on several key committees including Business Continuity Planning, Coastal\'s Political Action Committee and the board of the credit union’s charitable foundation.Achievements • Saw clear, concise communication become a driving factor behind maintaining consistently high Employee Engagement and member Net Promoter scores. • Revamped Coastal’s annual report into a comprehensive Member and Community Impact Report, designed to better tell the story of fulfilling Coastal’s mission, and quantify the value to members. • Launched two monthly video series to increase organizational transparency and promote CEO accessibility to both members and employees.
