Joined a distressed medical practice to rebuild culture and coach resilience. Aligned hiring practices, protocols, quality expectations, operational efficiencies (and most importantly clinician engagement) to prepare our team for ambitious growth. Hired, skills tested, trained 14 new clincians. Hired and trained two new medical directors. Trained clinicians to safely relaunch Workmen’s Comp and new occ health opportunities. Retrained clinicians in E&M coding with significant impact to ARP. My biggest impact comes from my presence on the front line as a practicing clinician. I don’t have any sophisticated leadership skills outside of walking the walk.
