I have a passion for people, enhancing the employee experience and career pathing.I strongly believe in the power of creating a positive workplace culture, concentrated around employee wellbeing. In doing this, we build a community of likeminded individuals who work together cohesively.Working within an SME such as Cleveland has enabled me to further enhance their people-focussed workplace, establishing clear employee benefits, succession planning and recruiting new people to this ever growing business. In this dynamic role I love being a part of the Cleveland journey.With an educational background including a first-class degree in Modern Languages and Business and more recently a Level 5 CIPD Diploma in People Management, I am also committed to my own professional development. Our bespoke technology gives a detailed oversight of our extensive valuer panel in order to determine the most appropriate one for the case and property type at hand, matching speed with accuracy and supporting the growth of our clients’ businesses. Our panel management services speed up and improve valuation accuracy, getting more reports correct the first time. Our services to lenders help manage risk and improve accuracy in lending; for brokers, we empower their involvement in the valuation process by enabling direct instructions via partner lenders. VAS affords confident, streamlined lending practices for all stakeholders.
