I build the systems and partnerships that turn NASA’s science data into insight and impact. As Program Executive for NASA’s Earth Science Data Systems, I oversee one of the world’s largest environmental data enterprises: more than 140 petabytes of satellite observations that help scientists, policymakers, and communities better understand our home planet.My career has been dedicated to connecting innovation with mission. I’ve led programs that translate complex satellite data into actionable tools for research, disaster response, and environmental management, ensuring NASA’s investments in space-based science deliver real-world value.Before serving at NASA Headquarters, I worked at Goddard Space Flight Center and in the private sector, managing applied science portfolios, early adopter programs, and data system modernization initiatives. Across every role, I’ve focused on enabling science and interoperability, and building collaborations that make NASA’s data more actionable, impactful, and useful to the world.

I lead strategy, planning, and performance for NASA’s enterprise data infrastructure, ensuring our systems remain open, interoperable, and ready to serve global users.I guide the vision and execution of NASA’s Earth data strategy, aligning cutting-edge technologies like cloud computing, AI, and advanced analytics with mission needs. My work drives innovation in how NASA’s data is managed and applied to support research, disaster response, and several decision-making applications.Through strategic leadership and partnerships across NASA, federal agencies, and international organizations, I advance open science and data usability, empowering scientists, policymakers, and communities to better understand and respond to changes in the Earth system.
