Youthfully is the leading provider of premium, personalized career and guidance education for students. Youthfully started as a part-time passion project where I was coaching students 1:1 on figuring out their path, landing jobs, or getting into university. Then, it gradually emerged into a larger vision.Today, we run comprehensive goal-focused programs called \'pathways\' for students. We have a highly curated group of 150+ coaches, an AI-powered tech platform, and proprietary coach training program that ensures the highest possible learning experiences. We deliver thousands of hours of coaching every year with >99% of sessions being scored positively and our coaches are rated 4.8/5, on average.This success led us to offer our platform to educational institutions. We\'re now partnered with multiple schools where they are using our whitelabelled tech to run their own programs to their students. We also run a Social Impact Fund, which offers free coaching to students from low-income and BIPOC backgrounds.

ABOUT JOEL NICHOLSON
I’ve always believed that education is more than just classes and grades. Growing up in a family of educators and spending my early years immersed in technology and innovation, I saw firsthand how much of a student’s growth happens outside the classroom. That blend of influence shaped my purpose: to help young people build the skills, confidence, and experiences they need to thrive in the real world.My work as a youth coach, college professor, and corporate L&D leader reinforced a gap I kept seeing. Students were working hard, yet the support systems around them weren’t designed to develop the broader capabilities that matter most in life and in the future of work. That insight pushed me to dedicate my career to building tools and programs that close this gap.I cofounded Youthfully to bring that vision to life. We’re building an AI-powered platform that develops students beyond the classroom by strengthening their pathways through academic, personal, and career growth. Today, we serve thousands of families directly and partner with leading educational institutions that share our commitment to holistic student development.Prior to this, I built and sold my first company, CampusRankings, which helped students better navigate the stressful process of choosing a college/university using data and machine learning. Before that, I was a L&D practitioner and management consultant at Kearney across four continents and served as a project manager at the World Economic Forum, where I led a session at Davos.Throughout my career, I\'ve developed an internationally accredited coaching methodology (BCC), designed award-winning training programs, authored multiple whitepapers on the future of education, and delivered talks/workshops at institutions around the world, including UBC, Queen\'s, One Young World, and the African Leadership Academy.Outside of work, I enjoy being active and getting outdoors, whether it\'s surfing, snowboarding, cycling, or running; eating great food with my friends and family; and sharing unique experiences with those around me.
