Leading a team of 6 software developers based in Gurugram, IndiaScrum Agile, software design, code reviews, requirements, request for proposal, recruiting- Architected and developed the Poly Telehealth App (aka Polycom telemedicine video platform), a solution that integrates with Epic EHR to enable patients to schedule a video consultation with a clinician. The solution proved its reliability during the COVID-19 crisis, helping hundreds of patients to get good care. Over encounters and nearly unique patients were able to access their clinicians over a period of 6 months- Lead architect for the development of the Polycom Workflow Server, a solution that enables calendaring / click-to-join functionality for Polycom and Cisco endpoints.
