Joelle provides geotechnical consultancy support to all sectors, specialising in subsea cables and pipelines. Experienced in delivering high-quality Cable Burial Risk Assessments and Burial Assessment Studies for a range of global projects including the UK, USA, Europe and Asia. This includes searching publicly available data sets, international research papers and regional bathymetric data sets. Joelle uses this and project-specific data to develop ground models, ground-truthed by geotechnical investigation data and laboratory testing results to characterise the subsea ground conditions. Joelle has over 7 years’ experience leading offshore and onshore project teams; following up with laboratory and field reporting, analysis and interpretation of geotechnical borehole data; and quality assurance of client deliverables. During offshore site investigations Joelle has been the lead geotechnical site engineer.
