ABOUT JOELLEN MCGANN
Experienced in the design, management and implementation development programs in Sub-Saharan Africa. I specialize in designing appropriate activities to integrate key stakeholders in driving program objectives. My program experience includes managing programs in the following sectors: economic and livelihood development, small business development and entrepreneurship, governance, and reconstruction. As a strong program manager, I ensure program and organizational compliance with donor regulations, including US Government, The Global Fund as well as other donor agencies. I also work closely with private sector firms to design and implement community-focused corporate social responsibility programs and facilitate the design of new products aimed at improving opportunities for vulnerable populations. In 2014-15, I completed a Masters of Business Administration, with a focus on corporate social responsibility and its contribution to development in Africa.
