With over 450+ locations, Hajoca is the nation\'s largest privately held wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating and air-conditioning, industrial pipes-valves-fittings, and pool supplies. Reporting to the CIO, responsible for driving and enhancing the internal associate service experience within HAJOCA. My role focuses on ensuring the Profit Center teams, and internal stakeholders receive high-quality support and service from the National Support Center functional teams (IT, Finance & Accounting, People Operations, Payroll and Marketing). In addition, responsible for optimizing and enhancing business processes for handling support needs and inquiries utilizing ServiceNow and other technology related tools.In addition I am responsible for cyber security, IT infrastructure services, data center operations, modern workplace (o365, Intune, AD, Desktop Engineering), technical and ERP (Eclipse) support services.
