As a lifelong educator, I practice the power of community, collaboration, joy, and innovation at school. With students, families, teachers, and staff working together, we can build ourselves a better future.As the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources at Envision Education, I build talent strategies that result in transformative experiences for educators and support staff. I have over six years of experience as a founding principal of a middle school that implemented innovative learning models, such as portfolio defense, student agency, and career readiness. I hold a Clear Administrative Services Credential and a Master\'s degree in Spanish Language Teacher Education.My passion is to solve our most pressing problems in public education by fostering a culture of community, collaboration, joy, and innovation. I work closely with principals and school staff to cultivate partnerships with leaders across multiple divisions of five San Francisco Bay Area campuses to support Envision\'s hiring needs. I also lead the recruitment and onboarding of top talent for our schools, using restorative practices, youth mentoring, and staff development as key tools.
