I’ve been exploring the intersection of business, healthcare and technology for more than 25 years as a physician executive. I’ve helped run both start-ups and Fortune 500 companies at multiple levels including President, COO, Chief Medical Officer (CMO), CIO, Executive VP and Board member. My passion is leading companies to grow their business and find solutions to improve the health and wellness of their clients with a focus on executive management, operations, compliance, analytics, technology and their application in the healthcare and wellness industry. Most recently I’ve been studying the effects of mindfulness and Lifestyle Medicine and how that impacts the health, wellness and executive functioning of people. The value of practicing mindfulness is well proven and is becoming mainstream.
