In this role, my focus is on creating structure, driving standardisation, and ensuring scalability across the business. I work closely with leadership to turn vision into actionable roadmaps, frameworks, and clear deliverables. My responsibilities span across:1. Operational Excellence: Building a unified task management method, standing up a structured knowledge base, enforcing documentation and repo hygiene, and rolling out SOPs aligned to the TEC framework.2. Project & Product Management Support: Supporting roadmap development, coordinating sprint ceremonies, managing dependencies, and ensuring progress is visible through consistent reporting cadence, dashboards, transformation registers).3. Transformation Enablement: Capturing complex ideas and turning them into simple, repeatable standards, from templates and checklists to governance and reporting packs.I’ll be contributing to both immediate quick wins and long-term transformation milestones as this position gives me the opportunity to take on more autonomy in planning, execution, and delivery. I’m looking forward to strengthening Appsatile\'s foundation, accelerating delivery, and scaling with clarity, cadence, and quality.
