I am the Founder and CEO of Certisyn, Inc. and Managing Partner Strategy and Growth at Cascade Asia. These are not parallel roles — they reflect the same underlying thesis operating at two different layers: that institutions make consequential decisions on the basis of claims that are inadequately verified, and that the infrastructure to address this does not yet exist at the level the market requires. Certisyn is verification infrastructure. It ingests structured claims, processes evidence through a canonical normalisation pipeline, applies policy-bound reconciliation logic, and produces sealed Verification Attestation Objects — portable, reproducible institutional records of verification events that can be cited in investment committee files, credit decisions, and regulatory submissions. The output is deterministic. Six provisional patent applications have been filed so far. The platform is designed for private equity, private credit, and M&A diligence workflows where non-reproducible verification processes create institutional and regulatory exposure. At Cascade Asia, I lead strategic direction, client development, and the integration of AI-augmented intelligence into advisory work serving investors, boards, and operating teams navigating capital flows, supply chains, regulatory shifts, and geopolitical complexity across the region. Alongside both roles, I advise selected founders and growth-stage ventures on revenue acceleration, positioning, and investor readiness, and remain active in investor engagement through Decent Exposure — curated private roundtables connecting serious capital with credible operators.
