Support the Evaluation & Assessment Division (E&A) Division of the Department of Defense Military to Civilian Transition Office (MCTO) which provides policy and program oversight for the Transition Assistance Program (TAP), SkillBridge, Troops to Teachers, and the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP). Supporting over service members annually, the office ensures transitioning Service members from all service branches and the Reserve Component are able to successfully return to their civilian life and obtain employment, start a business, or enroll in an educational program through delivery of courses, resources, information, and assistance provided through the programs.I perform data and statistical analysis to transform large datasets into meaningful insights. Primarily using Qlik and SAS, conduct complex statistical analysis to evaluate program effectiveness and measure outcomes, such as the performance of transition programs. Develop evaluation tools to assess participants’ learning and readiness for post-transition employment, emphasizing knowledge, competencies, and skills. Collaborate across divisions to ensure that data and statistical analysis supports broader MCTO objectives, strategic plans, and initiatives related to policy, legislation, and evidence-based practice.
