I led the development of the organisation\'s strategic aims and objectives, using principles of co-production to ensure young adults, colleagues and trustees were meaningfully involved - I led a working group of colleagues and young adults to co-produce ESTEEM\'s first guide to youth participation which is now used to improve practice across the organisation - I increased young adult representation on the board of trustees, and created a robust induction process to ensure \'lived experience\' trustees are safely welcomed onto the board- I wrote our safeguarding policy and procedure documents, and subsequently designed and delivered bespoke training courses on safeguarding to up-skill our workforce - I created a beginning-to-end Safer Recruitment guide, integrating and improving numerous existing documents and streamlining recruitment practices across the organistaion
