As the COO + Partner at Heirloom Hospitality, I oversee Michigan\'s premier restaurant group, including Mad Nice, Prime + Proper and Townhouse in downtown Detroit. With over 20 years of experience in the restaurant hospitality industry, I have a proven track record of managing and supervising high-volume restaurants across 12 different states, delivering exceptional customer experience, high standards of operational excellence, and profitability.I joined Heirloom Hospitality in June 2021, after 15 years with Hillstone Restaurant Group, where I was an Executive based in New York City. I also led the opening and development of new locations and projects, ensuring operational excellence and brand consistency. My mission is to support and empower the Heirloom Hospitality team as we expand our exciting concepts nationally as we cultivate relationships and experiences through the fanatic pursuit of hospitality.
