Designed and implemented multiple enterprise-level microservices for Health Care and Medicare Advantage (e.g, Enrollment, Membership, Grievance & Appeals, Sales, OTC, Provider, HIE, FHIR) using the latest of Azure cloud technologies (AD, API Gateway, Redis Cache, Functions, Queues, Storage), C#.NET Core, EF Core and MSSQL. • Led the development of several E2E and API integrations with multiple partners e.g, CMS (MARx, DTRR, BEQ), NIPR (Brokers), Checkr (Background Checks) from the requirements to implementation and configuration of metrics capturing, alarms, and dashboards. • Designed and developed multiple web apps using Asp.NET Core, EF Core, MSSQL, Angular, Angular Material, and Bootstrap and created configurable dynamic forms saving up to 80% of development time, ensuring consistent behavior and validations. • Automated multiple business processes increasing productivity, reducing human interaction and human error by more than 60%. • Implemented reusable libraries used across apps for authentication, authorization, HTTP messaging, error handling, and logging. • Led and implemented Continuous Integration/Deployments, pull requests, code reviews, unit/integration/e2e/load testing. • As part of a Scrum development team, I mentored new and less experienced team members and created team coding guidelines.
