Having used and installed Netgear products for both clients and myself I became active on the Netgear forums. Liking the way I approached their customer\'s problems Netgear appointed me a Superuser on their forums. The role here being to rapidly answer customer questions about Netgear products saving them the hassle of going through the regular customer support channels for trivial problems. Along with this role I am also a beta tester for many of Netgear\'s new products and firmware.
