About Joel Graves
I\'m a marketer, storyteller, and podcast host with a deep passion for helping thousands of commercial customers achieve more with Microsoft—and for serving my local community. As the Marketing and Brand Lead for Microsoft Unified, my charter is to break through the noise and create crisp, compelling messages that help sellers and customers understand the value of Unified. I develop global marketing campaigns and sales enablement content to drive demand and increase penetration of Microsoft Unified in nearly 190 countries. By collaborating across organizations, I\'ve helped shift Unified from a break/fix support agreement to Microsoft\'s flagship offering for value and success, influencing revenue growth from $3.5B in 2020 to $5.5B in 2024.Outside of work, I’m passionate about community service and civic engagement. I serve as a Moses Lake City Council Member, where I’m committed to advancing public safety, economic development, and quality of life for our residents. I also enjoy leading the Creating Community vTeam within the Unified Solutions Group, hosting quarterly coffee chats on topics like gratitude, leadership, and human skills. These events are designed to slow down, inject humanity into our work, and foster meaningful connections.At my core, I am a person of faith who strives to live not just for short-term impact, but for generations and eternity.
