Manage and Handle High Net Worth Clients Commercial General Liability Auto, Property Damage and Bodily Injury claims of mid-level exposure and complexity and resolve claims according to Best Practices and within authority limits • Types of injury exposures investigated include but are not limited to exposures up to allegations of soft tissue injury, fracture, dislocation, and ligament injuries. • Conduct in-depth investigations including obtaining police reports, taking recorded statements, interviewing all parties, evaluating medical records to use as evidence and to determine value as well as treatment to confirm liability and settle the claim • Handle a consistent caseload of 80-100 pending claims with closing ratio exceeding 100% monthly. • Manage all treatment, rental, loss of use, salvage, titling, and storage costs to bring claim to timely conclusion. • Negotiate with attorneys and issue payments based on negotiated amounts of damages. • Aimed to provide all parties with the highest level of customer service possible.
