Country Garden is the world\'s largest real estate company and the project Forest City is located in Iskandar Malaysia, adjacent to Singapore. It is also the world\'s largest project with 100bn USD investment. The size of the project will be 30 sqkm, which is composed of four man-made islands (20 sqkm), three international standard golf courses (8 sqkm) and one Industrial Building System (IBS) factory (2 sqkm). My responsibilities include:Proactively structuring Forest City\'s overseas sales and marketing strategies; Carefully selecting agents and business partners in Southeast Asian countries;Managing sales team to maintain good relationships with existing agents and provide needed support.
