As a kid, I dreamed about working with Bill Gates and other visionaries on cutting-edge technologies. As an adult, I realized that vision when I presented a new Windows product on-stage with Bill at a conference. With new applications of blockchain, machine learning, cybersecurity, and cloud tech discovered every day, there’s never been a more exciting time to work in consumer technology.Throughout my career at Microsoft and T-Mobile, I have taken on and executed brand-new programs and unprecedented initiatives without clear blueprints or goals. I’m best-known for my ability to establish clarity in complex situations, intuit fresh solutions in greenfield areas, and lay the foundation to scale these efforts over time. The most essential part of delivering a high-quality enterprise experience is a consumer-first approach.Recent achievements include: In sevens years at T-Mobile, I’ve earned three promotions and consistently exceeded the expectations of my colleagues and business partners. As I rose to leadership, I invested in the next generation by creating new advancement opportunities for those who are historically underrepresented in the technology industry. I’ve spearheaded nearly a hundred multimillion-dollar delivery, transformation, and innovation projects that enhanced our security position, accelerated growth, eliminated process gaps and obstacles, and improved time-to-market. Most recently, I built a large team to update T-Mobile’s configuration management database (CMDB) for more than devices. During the landmark T-Mobile / Sprint merger, I helped my teams navigate the transition with confidence by championing the “New T-Mobile,” which created a high-function, low-stress culture that incorporates the best elements from both companies.
