This focus dramatically increases the time to and the magnitude of results and creates momentum that is infectious.In 2022 McGraw Hill published my business book,\"The Metail Economy\", which became a bestseller and has been widely-recognized as identifying a pivotal change in consumer behavior and what companies must do to thrive with empowered, me-centric, quantum consumers. The book had a second printing in 2025, demonstrating that arguments I make in the book continue to resonate.At the end of 2022, after 19 years with the firm, I retired as the global Co-Head of Retail from the management consultancy AlixPartners. Today, I am a strategic advisor to ambitious investors, boards and CEOs.
