Analyze, review, document and develop complex IT processes and data structures.· Acquires, loads, and merges data from various sources to produce required State and Federal reports. Runs processes, makes modifications to scripts and documents scripts as data profile and requirements change.· Provides technical oversight for the application of and compliance with technical standards. Completes reports and summaries for management and users including project status reports, problem reports, and progress summaries. Works with management and end users to provide data needed for strategic initiatives.· Coordinates with end users to ensure that the systems developed meet the requirements of the processes. Develops and performs needed assessments to identify problematic data, make corrections, and eliminate causes of data problems. Implements System policies and provides training to users on data management systems, collection of information, and resource development applications.· Analyzes and interprets data, both from quantitative and qualitative analyses, using accepted statistical methods and qualitative research methods. Oversees the collection of data.· Serves as a liaison with regards to data information needs. Responds to requests for information, determines appropriate tool and data source, and prepares ad-hoc reports and query analyses in desired formats.
