I have been a tax professional and business consultant in Southern California since 1972. Although, I consider myself a generalist I have several areas in which I specialize, including business management and taxation services for high net-worth individuals, entertainers and the legal services industry and taxation of loan-out companies and their principals. I also specialize in various aspects of the administration and income taxation of trusts and estates.My goal in business is to meet the needs of our clients while exceeding their expectations, shouldering and relieving them of the burdens of their income and other tax and financial responsibilities so that they can do what they do best: focus on their own business endeavors with the confidence and peace of mind that someone is watching their backs and covering their flanks.
