I combine conventional Western medicine with evidence-based complementary therapies to promote holistic wellness. I help assess patients\' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, and develop personalized treatment plans that may include nutrition counseling, herbal medicine, acupuncture, and mind-body therapies like meditation and yoga. ABOUT JOEL AYLWORTH

here โ€œ โ€ (other 4% want to hear my cop stories). I call myself that because Iโ€™m โ€œnot a life coach\" and teach people the same thing that changed my life โ€” learning to literally live every day like your last. But let me back up.After 15 years as a police officer in Oakland & San Francisco, witnessing harsh realities fueled my desire to find the good in people. When my 1st child was born, my perspective shifted. I left police work, immersed myself in certifications, seminars, books, and went all-in on coaching.Despite my efforts, my wife and kids didnโ€™t see the change I thought I had achieved. My marriage was on the brink of collapse, and my relationship with my kids was strained. My wife suggested I work with a menโ€™s coach. I was convinced my wife and kids were the problem. Reluctantly, I agreed. After a month, I realized I still had a lot of growth ahead. I was still an ASSHOLE.For the 1st time, I decided to go ALL-IN on my family. In just 3 months, my marriage transformed after 10 years of turmoil and 4 years of therapy. Most 1st responders who commit suicide do so because of relationship issues. I lost two close friends this way. If only they knew their conflicts were the actual solution, they wouldnโ€™t run from it, theyโ€™d run toward it.To build muscle, you go to the gym. To scale your business, you hire a coach. Marriage & fatherhood are skills. Most men haven\'t cultivated these skills due to limiting beliefs, past traumas, & poor communication. When friends saw my results, they reached out for help. I realized this was a much bigger problem than I expected. I found myself working with men who were successful in their careers but struggling at home. They\'d say,\"โ€™,\" but I challenge them to actually start living for their families instead. What if you treated your wife + kids like today was your last? Most rarely go ALL-IN in life. On their deathbed, they die with regrets, knowing they didnโ€™t give it their all. Researchers from Cornell asked thousands of,%, โ€œ.โ€If you feel your relationship could be better & nothing youโ€™ve tried is working, let\'s connect. Iโ€™d love to chat for 15 minutes to see how I can help.
