As a Senior Construction Superintendent at Nexamp I oversee all aspects and disciplines for projects across California. With over 10 years of experience in the solar industry, I have gained extensive knowledge and skills in various mechanical and racking systems, pile machines/Foundations, and logistics processes, enabling me to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.I excel at managing multiple subcontractors, vendors, and support teams, as well as coordinating self-perform pile testing, pile production, logistics, and Quality turnovers. I also train and mentor Assistant superintendents, General foremen, and foreman on best practices for safety, quality, culture, and efficiency using tools such as PlanGrid, Procore, Autodesk BIM 360, and Teams. I am passionate about advancing within the renewable energy sector and contributing to Nexamp’s mission of building a better tomorrow.
