Standing Tall matches people experiencing homelessness in Birmingham, Manchester, and London, Leeds, Liverpool and Bristol with stable jobs in responsible businesses. These include Network Rail, Amey, M Lambe Construction, UPP, Taziker, Bedspace and Schofield and Sons.Alongside this, we ensure they have a safe home through our Amici Hosts enabling the person to move away from the streets for good. 80% of the people we help are still off the streets and in the same job one year later. Our results prove it\'s this unique combination that\'s vital - a job AND a home. We\'re helping more than 60 people across our cities this year and more than 100 in 2025.

You walk past the same person on your way to work sitting on the pavement and you have that feeling there\'s nothing you can do to help. It doesn\'t have to be like this.At Standing Tall, we’ve developed a community-led solution to ending homelessness and it\'s working. 80% of the people we help are still off the streets and in the same job one year later.We do 3 things at the same time.{Our amazing Talent Scouts/As Bristol Talent Scout I} work with the people we help for at least 12 months. We match the people we\'re helping with a stable real living wage job with one of our employer partners. And we match our people with a safe home with one of our Amici Hosts. This combination provides a realistic pathway for people experiencing homelessness to leave the streets and not look back.We helped 45 people in Birmingham, Manchester and London last year. This year we\'re starting work in Liverpool, Leeds, Bristol, and the East Midlands so that next year we\'ll be able to help at least 100 people leave the streets for good.
