In addition to my professional career, I have had the privilege of serving as the Special Teams Coordinator and Running Backs Coach for the Nomades du Collège Montmorency. In this role, I have:•Strategic Leadership: Developed and implemented effective game strategies for special teams and running backs, enhancing overall team performance.•Mentorship and Development: Provided personalized coaching to more than 150 athletes, fostering personal growth and skill development.•Team Motivation: Inspired and motivated players to work cohesively towards shared goals, promoting unity and a strong team ethic.•Human-Centered Approach: Employed empathetic communication and management techniques to support athletes’ well-being and development.This experience has been incredibly rewarding, allowing me to witness firsthand the growth and development of these young individuals, both on and off the field.
