About Joel Ubiera

I am an experienced 6-year U.S. Navy veteran, 8-year Analytical Linguist, former Management Consultant, and Product Manager. I have a demonstrated history of working in law enforcement, force protection, anti-terrorism, consulting, and project management. As a Product Manager, I manage the development and delivery of digital products for Coca-Cola\'s customers. I drive results, accountability, and collaboration by highlighting goals, celebrating success, and optimally leveraging team members’ unique skills and personalities. I have a keen awareness of organizational cultures and come up with unique ways to leverage the cultural traits that drive success; it is essential to implementing a strategic plan that reaches goals and objectives effectively. As a U.S. Navy Sailor, I was selected for promotion to Petty Officer First Class (E-6) in less than six years; it takes an average of 11 years to reach that milestone. As an Analytical Linguist, I lead teams to meet our client\'s needs by identifying problems, assigning team roles, mentoring in professional developing, and leveraging our resources to help solve those problems. As a Management Consultant, I helped organizations become more customer centric by designing and developing moments that matter, customer segmentation, and customer journeys that drove satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.
