I’m a Principal Architect and Engineering Leader with more than 30 years of experience designing and scaling enterprise‑class systems that millions depend on every day.Over my career, I’ve served as the lead architect on several landmark technology initiatives — including the complete re‑platforming of Target.com, the architecture behind Target’s Cartwheel mobile offers application, and the Order Validation Module (OVM) system I built at Sprint Nextel, which processed activations and orders from retail partners such as Amazon, Best Buy, and Walmart. These programs demanded deep engineering expertise, cross‑functional leadership, and the ability to deliver secure, high‑performance systems at massive scale.Today, at Jamf, I continue that mission by helping design and engineer cloud‑native services that power the world’s leading Apple mobile device management (MDM) platform, supporting 33 million devices worldwide.    Engineer responsible for the architecture and build-out of key Jamf Enterprise initiatives and services in Amazon Web Services (AWS), including:• Provisioning Hub – system used to automate provisioning of all Jamf products (Pro, Protect, Now, Connect, Jamf Security Cloud & Jamf School). This system utilizes Step Functions to handle complex, nested workflows using Lambdas and a litany of complimentary AWS Services (S3, SQS, Api Gateway, Step Functions, Lambda, DynamoDB, Systems Manager, SNS, etc.)• Jamf Package Delivery Service (SOUP) – a globally distributed service using CloudFront and DynamoDB replication (global tables) that provides automated package delivery cost effectively and in a performant fashion to our customers around the globe.• Student API – service that performs as an integration layer between Jamf Pro and the Jamf School app.
