    Responsible for environmental, health and safety at the 16 Acre Port Authority World Trade Center campus.• Oversee and provide HSE Project Status updates/follow up from project initiation to project completion.• Oversee and orchestrate Engineering Monthly Training by reviewing, scheduling, tracking, and storing training completion data.• Oversee Third Party Vendor Monthly training and CBRE Online safety training.• Provide Daily Covid 19 check-in to Port Authority and Covid 19 Positive updates to CBRE Corporate.• Provide guidance and instruct Engineering Department on how to fill out CBRE injury/incident investigation form and review/comment on report prior to submittal to CBRE Corporate. • Perform safety walkthrough observation throughout WTC campus - before and after evaluation, provide short and long-term solution.• Evaluate electrical work (High Tension and 480V) by shadowing High Tension Management and Electricians during electrical work.• Evaluate PPE required on site and implement. • Introduce, evaluate preventive maintenance program and implement pm program on critical equipment such as aerial lifts, fork trucks, suspended scaffolding and overhead & gantry cranes. • Create HSE standard operating procedures and operations plan.• Introduce Job Hazard Analysis / Job Safety Analysis to CBRE employees. Review and approve draft JHA when they become available.• Provide guidance to engineering and other CBRE departments on how to work safety (critical points to consider for working safety). • Provide Port Authority annual safety performance metrics.• Review Monthly Discharge Monitoring Report.• Update and review WTC Safety Data sheets Binder.• Provide water management and conservation plan.• Obtain critical vendor information such as blank Invoice, W-9, Certificate of Insurance (COI), Point of Contact in order to become site approve vendors.• Perform other HSE or operations work as assigned.
