Over my nearly 32 years at Russell, I\'ve seen my company grow and change a lot. I\'ve had continuous opportunity to learn and grow, but never has there been more opportunity at Russell than today. We are growing and having success more today than ever before, and the future looks very bright, largely due to my coworkers and the culture here that continues to attract and develop professional, self motivated, entrepreneurial leaders and genuinely great people that other people love to work with.
