ABOUT JOEL PARE-JULIEN
Joël is currently the Main Advisor at the Foundation of the Fédération des Médecins Spécialistes du Québec. He his in charge of this wonderful Foundation dedicated to supporting natural caregivers across the province of Quebec. Joël previously evolved in the United Nations systems, namely as Programme Management Assistant at UNEP\'s Secretariat of the Multilateral Fund for the Implementation of the Montreal Protocol, dedicated to reversing the deterioration of the Earth\'s ozone layer. As a junior professional consultant at the UNDP in Bogota, Colombia, Joël worked on the Democratic Strengthening Project, which aimed at strengthening the quality of Democracy, the representation of under-represented groups, the transparency of political actors and institutions and C citizenship\'s participation in politics. Joël specializes in philanthropy, environment protection, and development. He is a Political Science postgraduate from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), London UK, with a combined Bachelor Degree in Politics from University of Montreal and Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico.
