My name is Joel Montano, and my STEM degree has paved the way for my work as a Manufacturing Engineer. My experience as an Industrial Engineer at Northrop Grumman was instrumental in developing skills I leverage daily. Prior to that, I built a strong foundation as a Structures Mechanic. I thrive on technical challenges and have a constant drive to expand my knowledge, which is why I\'m currently pursuing my Master\'s in Aeronautics at Embry-Riddle University.
