   Direct engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up of $245 million SX/EWin-situ copper mining and aggregate facility, process piping, APS Poston Butte Substation, Overhead 12kv and 69kv power lines, wellfield and administration buildings. Supervise 180+ employees, including EPCM contractor, union field craft, commissioning, and operations/maintenance personnel. Management and monitoring of contractors to ensure engineering activities are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner and meet project schedule and execution requirements. Provide timely reports on engineering, construction and procurement KPIs and progress. Direct, execute, monitor and report on Owner and EPCM contractor purchased equipment and materials. Manage, plan, direct and monitor quality assurance activities of capital construction. Develop and implement Capital Project Execution Plan, Construction Management Plan, Risk Management Plan, Capital Procurement Plan and HSSE Management Plan. Manage the identification, specification and purchase of the required capital equipment/spares. Proactively identifying, managing, and resolving potential problems/disputes, work conflicts, and/or schedule challenges between Operations, Wellfield, Projects, Engineering, union field craft and EPCM contractors. Brownfield and Greenfield SIMOPS coordination and planning. Provide leadership and administer project management controls in a manner that will deliver the project within budget, on schedule, and at the required quality while seeking constant improvement. Supervising, directing, coaching, training, and mentoring the project team, including direct and indirect reports. Ensure change management processes are efficient, effective and followed. Identify and direct construction requirements and implement improvement plans.
