Transforming pen strokes on paper to buildings has always been my passion. After successfully completing my Bachelor of Architecture degree, I worked for several years in multiple sectors on projects ranging from small scale renovations to the development of new campuses. While I continued to develop my technical knowledge, I became interested in how changing technologies were impacting how we practiced as architects. Consequently, I slowly developed expertise in Revit and transitioned to a career in design technology, responsible for the creation of best practices and standards for firm-wide implementation and the exploration of technologies that will allow us to better collaborate with our design partners.I believe my technical background puts me in a unique position to focus on how we can use digital technologies to assist with putting a building together. I am interested in developing strategies and workflows to better achieve client’s goals, while pushing the envelope to design solutions that improve our built environment.
