ABOUT JOEL JOSEPH
I joined the USAF as a Security Forces Defender in 2009, and after 6 months of training I assumed my first post at RAF Croughton, UK. I worked there for 2 years with multiple jobs. I\'ve worked with CE Stores when they needed help providing customer service, stocking shelves and accounting for inventory. I also worked for a SF supply department issuing gear and taking inventory of military grade pre-deployment equipment. After my 2 years in England I was re-assigned to work at Nellis AFB in Las Vegas. After 2 years of OJT, I was Hand-Picked from LE duties to work as the squadron\'s first Commander\'s Executive Assistant. I worked directly for a Major and indirectly for a Colonel. I planed events, set up Staff Slides for weekly board meetings, organized multiple calendars, prepareD Letters of Appreciation, Kept track of Tasks/Coins awarded, and routed Paperwork for Commander\'s approval after looking it over for corrections. While working for both Commanders, my wife and I founded a children\'s program in which Airmen of all ranks participated in various activities. I worked with the Clark County Board of Education for our military/civillian relations with the Indian Springs School District. We worked each week with elementry and middle schoolers to help motivate/inspire and build confidence amongst our future leaders. The last position I held in Security Forces was in 2022, I lead approximately 45 troops as a Flight Sergeant and directly reported to the Flight Chief and Flight Commander with continuity of operations, law enforcement reports, SF blotter, scheduling, gear, quality of life, flight morale, training, and any flight related items. In May of 2022, I retrained to assume the AFSC shred of a 1C3X1 and I currently hold the NCOIC, NC3 Operations Systems.
