I’m a hands-on leader with decades of experience in high-pressure, uniquely challenging environments. I create strategies and drive operations that inspire teams, increase agility, and promote organizational goals.My background combines business administration with global security. From budgeting, staffing, and strategic planning to complex investigations and protective operations, I’ve seamlessly balanced critical assignments—including safeguarding United States Presidents and world leaders—with organizational leadership.CAREER OVERVIEWI started my career with the US Marine Corps then joined the Secret Service, rising from Special Agent to Assistant Special Agent in Charge and Head of Protective Operations for the Chicago Field Division. Before leading the Chicago organization, I spent many years overseeing the agency’s Presidential Protection Division—including all state visits, events, and transportation in the US and abroad.Throughout my experience, I’ve had the opportunity to develop policies, cultivate game-changing partnerships, streamline processes, and mentor some of the best talent in the business.PEOPLE-FIRST APPROACHI recognize that people are at the heart of every successful organization—and that culture matters.
